I know there are threads about this, I'm just having trouble finding them. If I want to upgrade from 33's to 35's, what else should I expect to do? Running 3.50 gear ratio, 3.5 inch lift. Mostly street driving, no high speeds. Mild off-roading.

I would sure change the gears out to at least 4.11's if not 4.56's. Thats alot of tire for 3.50's.

I run 33's most of the time, 36' off the road with 3.5" SL, no body lift and 4.11 gear. I've got some inner fender trimmed but not a lot. Not sure what engine and trans you have, but that would determine whether I went 4.11 or 4.56.

35" tires was always the accepted point of major mods.
Suspension is obvious, but gearing, axles, braking, and steering are often overlooked or not budgeted for.

Your 3.50 gears will certainly get you down the road, but it will be hard on clutches, and worst of all, driving won't be much fun.

Factory 28 spline axles weren't made to carry those big tires. Sure they'll get you down the road in a parade , but the jump to 35" or bigger will be the weak link when the going gets tough.

Your brakes will also see more leverage from taller tires. Even factory size discs should be reconsidered for tires that big.

Power steering. Is yours up to it? How about your tie rod set-up?
