750.00 dollars. as far as i can tell the acid is nuetralized. i will replace the metal that needs it and it will go back for de-rust and ecoat. ecoat is a dipped exopy they use on new cars. frame is getting dipped now and should be back in several weeks, it is also being ecoated. cant decide on what to do for paint on the frame, will try to figure that out next week. they have all kinds of cool powder coat colors.

cold chisel and side grinder has been working for me to get the floor pan off the braces. spot weld remover does ok in some places. slow going, will probably order the rotisserie. frame has gone to ecoat so it should be back next week, that will give me something to work on when i get bored with sheet metal removal.;D

took some all thread and used it as a tensioner and pulled the gap tight on my tail light housing. the original spare tire rack had it stretched out about a 1/4 of inch. have the passenger floor pan fitted, ready to weld. running buddy is coming by tomorrow to inspect.

I wanna see the pics of the ecoated frame. Is the tub going to get Ecoated also?
They Ecoat RV frames where my brother works and depending on how yours turns out I might check out getting mine done also.
