No, it's been gone for several years. It was always hosted by a third party company who I had no control over. They didn't do well controlling spammers, who signed up and just used their CB.com email to send out lots of crap. So I took down the signup pages many years ago.

For a while after that people who already had an email account could keep using it, but then the company ended up suspending the service all together.
