U13 Military Broncos

So most of us know there were Military Broncos. But I've seen pics of Air Force Broncos without a hard top and have seen rumor of Military U13s. I have never seen an actual data plate with a U13 VIN, nor a Marti Report.

Does anyone have any pics or further info on these?

Only slightly related but my last trip to the boneyard found me face to face with an Air Force Ford Falcon van. Man id love to bring it home but since I knew I couldn’t, I started looking for stuff I could use, like the door straps on the back doors, though I’m not sure theyre long enough. It also has an AF license plate on the back I’ll be going back for

Yes, there were vans used also. I've seen one in person that was a Marine Corps van. I'd have to do some digging to find my old pics.

Here is an Army one:

I had a 1970 Bronco that was battleship gray, was sold to Uncle Sam. I did a Marti on it and it was one of 49 sold to the Government that year sold it to Nick a few years back.

Thank you Franko. Any other info on this one?

I'll go ahead and admit, if I could find a Military 67 U13 in good shape, I'd probably let my U15 go. But that's the ONLY way!

I think Jeff Trapp owns it now. Not positive.

The blue 67' is/was in NW Arkansas and owned by an older gentleman. Not sure if it was a u13, u14, u15 or what.

Yeah, that data plate on the u13 Indian affairs rig, like Franko said. I have Marti on that Bronco. U13 GOv roadster. I heard it got Trapp'd in Michigan too?

I've got 3 or 4 other pics of the patina military rig. I almost bought it 4 or 5 years ago, but bought another military instead.

Love the color of the grey one (Second Pic). Was that a military spec color? If so does anyone know the paint code?

Thanks for saving that one Rick!! That console looks cool in there.

Hey if you could take a pic of the rearview mirror bracket I'd appreciate it, just to compare it to the one on my 66 thanks
