Correct roller 5.0 dip stick and tube?

I have what I think is a 94/95 Mustang engine. It is a roller with F4TE casting numbers. It has the double sump pan.

I bought a universal dipstick and tube from Advance and it does not fit in the block right. Stick hits the windage tray and it is not marked correctly based on my last oil change.

Does anyone know the OEM dip stick and tube part numbers? Are they still available? Is there a source for a good used OEM one? No Mustangs but plenty of Explorers in my local yard but I do not think they are the same.

Summit has ford Motorsport in block dipstick. New chrome for cheaper.
