I am trying to install the glass in the wing window after repairing the post. I purchased the adhesive strip to install but instructions say use a lubricant to make the adhesive strip expand. can anyone tell me what the lubricant product is? Thanks Jerry

I couldn't get them to seat nicely no matter what I did using the adhesive strips. Bought a tube of urethane and glued them in. Perfect!

thanks, that is where I am headed also. tried a bunch of different things, nothing seems to work. How did you clean the excess urethane off the windows? Do you remember the specific product you used? Thanks

You could also put the glass in dry and mask off where the urethane should be and then install with the urethane. Just make sure you pull the tape right away. Ken
