Now i need to connect the battery wire to the starter and also need to figure out some electrical items.

-It seems there are battery wires going directly from the battery to the starter and alternator and there are not any fuses in the mix?

-The brown and green wire shown goes to the ignition side of the starter. Might end up cutting this wire and put the cut end on the starter so it's separate from the main harness for now?

-There is also a wire coming from the Ford Racing power distribution box (black box with red wire in the center right of the picture) that is saying it needs a direct connection to the battery. The wire on that is pretty short, not sure where people mount this box, it is recommending the glovebox?

Guess i need to do some research before proceeding :(

Got the BC Broncos headers installed. With the AX15 using a tremec bell housing the standard BC broncos header on the drivers side doesn't fit correctly. Jason was kind enough to swap this out for a one off header that works with the tremec bell housing. The first picture shows the standard bc drivers side header that didn't workout and rest show the final headers that work

Trying to knock out running the tail harness and rear audio wiring this week. I received the painless kit and have cut the tail harness off it using weatherpack connectors.

Trying to figure out if the audio wiring should run in the same loom as the tail section of the painless harness? The wires are pretty thick so i think it will end up at 1.25" wire loom if i do run it all together. The only benefit of separating the two seems to be if i ever want to change the audio setup later?

normally would not run audio wires parallel to electrical, but that is 110. i dont know if interference is a problem with DC voltage. should get some answers with a google search.

good point, it does matter with dc as well. Wires are very heavily shielded not sure if that matters, i will keep searching before deciding

Got around BC Steering Box Frame Reinforcement Kit and spacer and internal dom tubing. Then installed the 4x4x2 steering box. Still need to get the pitman on there and checkout how the steering linkage is looking

I thought the BC frame reinforcement pieces sandwiched the tube from not stacked together? The reason I ask is because I haven’t installed my in yet.

It goes this way so that the steering gear clears the PS pump pulley

Got the tail harness installed and loomed. Also the transfer case showed up so just installed that. Had to clearance the transmission cross member a bit. It's right at 30 degrees. Hopefully i don't need to move the engine and trans forward at all to get the body on
