FL to CA... really Seems odd

Went up the same day.

Probably trying to hit the hottest markets and will eat the $1k in shipping wherever it sells at $52k.

Flipping at that level is a thing. It takes money to make money and they'll probably get a large portion of the asking price if they're willing to wait long enough. :p

You’d think for 52k the doors would line up better and maybe clean the blue overspray off the vent boxes!
