Rear hub not spinning freely

I know this will be a quick answer with maybe a duh.

Rear driver side tire up on the jack (not the entire rear) and can't get the hub to rotate. It's limited slip, so am I correct in assuming I need both tires up?

Is there a way around this using the mystery t-case setting? (2wd front only). If so where is that spot on the t shifter. Thanks

Nope. Shifting the transfer case out of gear, or even disconnecting the driveline won't free it up. Both rear axles are locked together through the clutches in the rear end's limited slip unit.

You can’t get it to rotate at all.parking brake on?
They can be a little tough to spin without a tire on too. Brakes will drag a little too
