Wow, the cougar places want less than $200 for one.

The number you posted is not a part number but an engineering ID number.
And I think it is a 0 (zero) not an O.

Not to be the description mafia here, but 71 and 428 don't work in the same sentence for a Mustang or Cougar. D0TA for a 70 Mustang or Cougar with a 428 will though.
