Yes. Please keep in mind that in addition to the cost of the restoration there will be a higher cost for custom work and also return shipping (usually about $15 extra).
Shipping and insurance is one place I would NEVER recommend cutting corners.
Sometimes guys send me a return shipping label inside the box if they themselves or their company already have an account "discount" with a carrier. I'm happy to use any of the shipping services i.e. UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Of course In person drop offs are always appreciated. You bring the gauge cluster and I'll provide the beer
