I bought this because it is so solid. I keep seeing guys looking for a project, well here it is. I have decided to retire next year so no time for me to bring this back to life. This is a 68 that lived in California until about 15 years ago. The second owner drive it here and parked it after a couple of years due to bad health. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves. The only panel replacement needed are the floor pans which I have just purchased. I will have the 289 running and an completely redo the brake system. Everything else I will leave to the new owner’s design.

Details

I forgot to mention that a concrete barrier fell against the back of it where it was parked. As a result the hard top is no good. The tailgate is bent but completely rust free. You would have to compare the cost of repairing or replacing. Each door is rust free inside and out but they had stupid mirrors on them so have a small vertical split right below the vent window. I’ll post pics later.
All I have done in the pics is power wash this.

The sale is agreed to. Waiting on the California DMV to get us a replacement title. Annoying because this has 2004 Missouri plates but Missouri can’t find record of title in their system.

The buyer who was going to take it as is got tired of waiting for this title to clear. I am going to take it off the market for now and maybe bring it up to daily driver condition for myself. You really can't have too many.
