The time has come for full width high pinion 44 and 9 inch. The 44 is getting a grizzly locker, rcv's, 1350 yolk. 9 inch is getting a spool, load bolt third, 35 spline axles and 5.38 gears.
This thread will mostly be used for suspension tech as I am trying to run 12" stroke triple bypasses in the rear without cutting the wheel wells and 12" coilovers on custom radius arms for the front.
The First 4 pictures are with the new axle mocked up underneath with the perches just tacked on. Also shows where the tire sits in the wheel well with RuffStuff Perches in the last hole which would be 1" back.
Then you have some pics of what it looks like with leafs removed at the current static bump, leafs are inverted and I was hitting flair/sheet metal so I stopped. You can also see how close the axle sits to the 23 gallon non body lift tank.
