Good Carb Guy in Jackson, MS?

I have been trying to tune my carb for the past 3 weeks or so and I am not having any luck. I rebuilt it this weekend (first time) thinking that the power valve was bad but it's doing he same thing. I am beyond frustrated and need to get some help as it may not be the carb. Possibly timing or something else. I almost threw in the towel and ordered a new manifold, distributor and EFI system yesterday but I held off for now.......

So anyone know a good shop in Jackson area?
