Yea , I have the lift off hinges already installed. They sandwich in between the door post and my notched door inserts so they should go back on in a matter of minutes. I'd just prefer to be able to keep the inserts on. I'm getting a bit older and common sense dictates that long trips in early spring with the Mrs beside me.... I'd better make things as cosey as possible.

So putting doors on didnt go as easy as I thought it would. Something changed between the time I had the Bronco painted untill now. I believe it to be getting a different half top because the window frames smacked into the top and the opening wasnt even close. The new top also changed the angle of the windshield and I also noticed my door gaps are not all that great....

Keeping in mind my bulkhead is custom and welded solid to the body I had no choice but to make the top fit. So with nobody around to help me I had to use the tools I had available to remove the lip on the back edge of the top that goes along the front of the bulkhead...enter the sledge hammer and cut off wheel. Everything fits now! But at the end of the year the Bronco is going to have to get some paint touched up. Now just waiting for some new tracks and felt for the windows to start assembly of the doors.
