Started putting the motor back together last night. .030 over pistons , reground crank.

More work on the motor today. All the pistons are in and heads are on but not torqued. I thought it was a good idea to get a new torque wrench since I still have the old bendy pointer one. I will recheck all the mains and rods when it comes in. Also ordered new lifters today. I didn't like the look of the old lifters and the cam has less than 1000 miles on it.

Took the day off and the wife and I worked on the Bronco. Motor is finally together and started on the rear brakes. Nice Blue motor!

Lots done today! Gotta love the warmer weather in PA! Motor together, Waiting on Tranny. Front brakes and new hubs. Lines from rear to front done. and did some testing of color. We have decided on the OEM Dark Jade green. it was the original color on this bronco.

Well this weekend was really productive. Got the bumpers ready for final primer and paint, Also got some good work done on the bodywork on the main body. I had helpers!;D

Next step I want to do is spray on bed liner in the engine bay compartment that will match the exterior. Also I am doing the black bed liner in the interior so I want that done before I do final sanding and painting of the exterior. Plus after both of those are done I plan on putting the body back on the frame. I want final paint to be one of the last items to do.

Got lots done today! Bedliner in the engine compartment and under the hood tinted the color of the outside and Black for the interior. Had help masking! My wife and daughters are the best!
