cassette deck blank cover

Hi
My tangerine bronco dash has an 80's cassette deck. What suppliers and options do you recommend for replacement:
1) remove and add blank plate
2) plate that will allow stock radio to be installed
3) remove radio and install cubby box

Here is what I did -
I found a Ford radio delete plate and painted it to match; hardly noticeable. P/N = E69Z-1104371-B

^^Looks great! I didn't know these existed and wish I would have found it before I cut a piece of black anodized sheet metal and stuck it on my dash with double sided tape.
