Is there a how to post a poll thread?

I don't think I'm a total rookie, I could be wrong. I can't seem to post a poll. I know you have to click the little poll button then what is supposed to happen?

Jim

Start a thread in the normal way, then check the box to make it a poll and answer how many poll questions you want. Then click "submit" and on the next screen you fill in the poll questions.

It's a little confusing because it's a 2 part process.
