I'm not knocking it. It looks clean. I was wondering why you need to rebuild a motor and transmission at 76k miles?

Because it's a trigger phrase.
Too many people are afraid of mechanicals that haven't been "rebuilt" recently.
Also allows for him to ask a higher price.

If you get a hold of them and ask what was rebuilt; they generally turn into stammering messes and stumble over themselves. Just ask if they kept the itemized bills...
