Appreciate it. The main bronco guy I know of here in town thought that price would move it pretty quickly (I haven't owned it long so not trying to make a profit or anything).

Fortunately we got lucky in the galleria area and water never got over the curb. Unfortunately I have plenty of friends and family that didn't fare as well. Tough time for the city certainly. Appreciate the note.
