There is a difference between SPAM and SCAM.
Questioning legitimacy would be a question of the latter, which I was NOT doing.
Wide unsolicited broadcasting of communications - especially against user policy may be considered by some as spam.

Keyword spamming, even though doesn't apply in this instance, is absolutely obnoxious and also is considered spam.
CL is clogged up with keyword spamming and cross posting the same ad across many many locations.
For the record, I wish the builder of this bronco no ill will and hope he is successful at building these things.
I think CB.com is much more appropriate for his sales attempts than violating craigslist terms of service.
