Design for the rear swing away is complete. Cutting material for the prototype soon...

I want to build it before I show the pics...

Looking forward to seeing that swing away bumper. Just broke a hinge pin on my stock swing away and my stock rear bumper is twisted as well. So I'll be in the market for a replacement.

I'm always in for customer input to make things better...so with JSmall's input, I'm now offering a welding jig. Costing and the minor details are to be determined (Keep it, pass it along, or ship it back for a refund of the jig, stuff like that)...

and yes, it'll say "JIG" on it.

That's great Steve. The jig will help hold everything together for fitting and welding. I wish mine said JIG on it :)

Can't wait to see the rear swing out setup.

Hey Steve,
No doubt about the H 190 making the difference! My first two passes for practice with a mig on 240. Like you said, night and day. The 110V welders will get it done, but my lack of skills sez stay at 240!

I'll be burning it up this weekend, B2

Working on some new rear mounts to counteract the downward facing bumper once all the weight is placed on it. Best part, it's a retrofit to everything I've sold!
