I have an A50 axle trim tag code, in my glove box. What does that identify? It has a Dana 44, but does that code represent the ratio?

If you look carefully I think you'll see that it says A5Q. A5 is a limited slip rear axle with 4.11 gears and 3300 lb gross axle weight. Q denotes power steering and front limited slip. Sounds like it was well equipped from the factory.

Hey thanks, Interesting because it's a U152 type/GVW. It's an automatic trans as well. I had bought another parts Bronco, same year model, and it was a Ranger. I kept all the stainless for the windows and the air conditioning. Slowly converting into a Ranger model. Installed the grille surround yesterday.
