I went to fetch a few old broncos that I made a deal on and thought some might appreciate the old R model Mack and even older Broncos.

Hauled a lot of loads of cattle in an old Mack just like that. Great pics! What were the broncos? I see a roadster mirror.

Holy cow. The one on the back looks like mine when I got it.

What motor is in the Mack?

I remember when if you used your truck off the pavement , dumptruck or log truck , you didn't buy anything but a Mack

Saw very few macks on the interstate for long hauls

And seems like I remember the macks only had a 5 speed ?
Not a 9 or 13 like all the other trucks ?

Some R models had 9. I wore an '89 out between Memphis an Birmingham. ;D

Hey Ford Man! You are buying these old Broncos and Trucks like they are going out of style and you can't find them anymore!

This load looks to be higher quality than the load at the beginning of the post. So, I made you an offer on delivering the load to my ranch, but you never counter offered..... I guess that means they aren't for sale or trade.....%)%)%)

I drove an R (600, I think) Mack one summer hauling gravel to build the Ford Freeway here in beautiful west Michigan. Thanks for sharing that, Ford Fan!
