The '73 project will finally be headed to Townsend tomorrow morning! Just thought I'd give some previews before we get there if anyone wants to see it. It's been a lot of hard work and headache, but we are pretty happy with how it turned out.

Wow! This is my new dream ride. Only thing I would do different is to have kept the top white. This truck is my new screen background. Well done sir. If you ever decide to sell I want first dibs.

Nice rig! I'm on my fifth year and just have to clean up a few small things to complete the dam thing. Hey I noticed you have the early style grill, did you purposely do that? My grill is shot and looking at replacing it. I have a 70 sport and I can't wait to drive the sucker, lol. Jim

Looks great, one thing I love to see is fresh paint, non rhino lined beds and floors, problem is you have to be extra careful, but I love that look

Thank you all very much for the compliments. It really means a lot! I wanted to do what it took for Dad to have the nice Bronco he deserves, so the approval of others is icing on the cake!

Yes, it was done purposely. He likes the look of the early parking lamps better. However, this is a later grill modified to accept the early lamps.

Here is the directions on how to do it. To fill in the holes left by the later lamps, we pushed some nails through the backside, tack welded them in place and then cut off the stud. We ground it down with a Dremel and it turned out good!
