You could check with Herm. I emailed him about a couple parts and he told me he was waiting on them from the manufacture..... also, I wonder I'd if you could just use gasket maker?i was thinking about taking mine all apart and using gasket maker when I put it back together...

Trapey74 can you please post a picture of your bumper so I can see how you mounted it?

Does anyone know if bumpers made for the Warn 8274 will work?

My bumper was made by a metal shop here in town long before I got the bronco. I want to take it back to the guy and get the "wings" off of there and just have one bar of the middle section left on the bumper. Here is one of the pics, don't have a view down into the hole where winch is mounted today but can tomorrow

Either that or take the top rails above each headlight and the sides off and just leave middle part and the very bottom bar going over to the edge of grill/front quarter Panel

The bumpers should work but you may have to drill a couple new holes. I have both the 5687 and 8274. When I installed the 8274 on my bumper, the holes do not line up exactly, but it wasn't difficult to modify and get a fit.

I've got one I kept off of a '68 I had years ago, seems like a really strong winch! Saw one bring $600 on eBay recently (5687)

Wow!! I got mine for $160 plus a 42" light bar.

Any tips on powering this beast? Mine was missing the little module that the power cable connects to. I'm thinking i'll need a solenoid of some type and a push button switch. I'll run the brake and clutch cables to the cab as I still have that cable controller

Bought a used bumper, cleaned, painted, grinded, mounted welded and this is what it looks like 😊..

I still need ideas for powering it. What have you guys used to power your Warn 5687's?

Thanks pops. I spent like 4 hours this morning cleaning, painting, drilling, wilding, fitting to get it where it's at. I still need to mount the controls, wire it and weld on some nice D rings 😊

The bumper looks great.

I wired mine up with a continuous duty solenoid like this and just a momentary switch on the dash.
