Almost there! Have spent quite a bit of time fitting, grinding, welding, etc. Just have the two floor front pans and the drivers rocker to weld in and I am complete with this phase. I am very exited to be rust free!

I hear that Ben. The metal work is a real time consuming messy phase. Looking real good

Ben you started out with a bronco in much better shape than mine was... I am glad to see someone else plugging along at it, I remember those days of things that went in to make it look like a lot was done in a short amount of time, now I am still fitting tweaking and welding and grinding all to fill holes I won't be using or weld something I missed. Just be sure to take your time going over it, I have found a handful of rosettes I missed, probably when welding a pan and bouncing around to no heat soak things and in excitement did not look back. Just be sure you check everything before you splash it in sealer. I can say I am rust free but the wedding and grinding take a lot longer than I originally anticipated. Good work my friend!

You know I cant help but wonder if it is physically possible to own a bronco and become iron deficient.....

Getting closer! Got the clutch hole welded up in the drivers pan and the pan welded back into the bronco. Repaired the couple spots that needed attention with the inner rocker and began fitting the rocker. I took the body off the rotisserie and put it back on the frame with new body mounts. Wanted to check gaps and set the rocker prior to burning it in. I am pretty stoked right now, after all the surgery, the door gaps are great! Stay tuned ...

Nice work! Those welds look all too familiar... Haha, it always feels good to see it come back together again, keep it up!

Finished welding up the rocker panel and then installed and set both doors. The gaps have turned out pretty good so it should make life easier when I start body work. I then started carving up one of the extra fenders, getting it ready for the graft. Next I cut the rear quarter and am currently melding the two together. So far it's going smooth, can't wait until it's done so I can see the finish product.

Was able to finish the passenger side rear flare today. Had a special helper with his tool belt assisting in the effort! I utilized as many factory bends and radius sections as possible, turning it into somewhat of a quilt. Got her all burned in and primed so it's done for now until I start the body work. Drivers side is next.

Spent a couple hours fine tuning the graft, getting it ready for body work. Pulled it back off of the lift to turn it around so I can get better access to begin on the drivers side.
