It doesn't go AOOOOGAAA it goes WWAAAaaaaa & isn't as loud as it looks. I still think i'll keep it and use it.

Well I think this might as well be my build thread. More pics as we pulled the carpet and roofing material out. Some of it's solid - some not so much. It needs a tailgate & lots of patches but the main floor panel is surprisingly good. I'll post the rockers, floor pans & more as I get to them, I know they need doing. I think the green doors & hood probably came from the same donor truck. Last pic is the pile of crap I pulled from the drivers air box.

So I got some time to work on this one & I started with the kick panel. The PO covered it with some heavy metal pop riveted on - when I peeled it back guess what I found! 
I figured the vin tag was long gone. Then I tackled the spray foam over the front window. %) It just trapped & held water - the top front edge may be shot. I also got some 31x10.5x15 mud terrains mounted - I like the looks better with these tires

Time to start rust repair
Here is the start of replacing the rear rail. As you can see by the pics it was failing & needs attention NOW to get the Bronco roadworthy. I drilled the rivets that I could see(that were still holding anything) and using an air chisel I separated the old rail from the bed floor & tailgate posts. I'll need to get some "Frame Savers" & weld them in before I install the new rail.

After getting all the old rail out I test fit the new one & the bed corner pieces & I think they fit really well. I need to tweek & measure some before I weld but I'm pretty happy with it at first glance. After I get the new rail located & maybe tacked in place I plan on cutting the rusty bits out & fabbing some patches to make it solid again. This is going to be a trail rig with patina so keeping it all original isn't going to happen. The last pic is the tailgate when I stood it on end & let the rust run free. Good thing I already have a replacement for that!
