lift kit

Hi I'm very interested in the lift kit, i'm pretty sure I will take it. Could you tell me if it has been on a vehicle already, and if so for how long? Also what brand is the lift?

It was on my Bronco until I decided to change the suspension out.

I don't know the brand.
