• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

This is a consignment vehicle; I will give a synopsis of my observations. This is a California truck 71 DSO (Los Angeles). It has been here in San Diego for at least the last 30 years. Original color I believe is prairie yellow. (it has a blank paint color code (custom ordered); current color appears to be hot ginger metallic; It has the following STROPPE options; roll bar, c4 transmission with Stroppe adaptor, Stroppe steel mesh protected transmission cooler, trailer hitch, Stroppe installed power steering box, (frame cut and boxed in), Stroppe bumper braces; Stroppe dual shock setup front and rear. It also has cibie lights mounted to the front bumper; The front Baja push guard and Stroppe steering wheel are missing; Other bronco options are U152 heavy suspension package replaced by a Duff 2.5 inch lift rolling on 33's; Truck was custom ordered as seen by the 4 digit code after the DSO. 8.5x15 slotted mag wheels; Originally had 3.50 limit slip gears; I believe it currently has 4.11 gears with a detroit locker; Also has most of an air conditioning system installed. Missing condensor and hoses which come with the truck. Good solid California bronco however there is some rust on both floor pans. I can't get a good look due to carpet glued down. From the underside there is heavy sealer applied where the two front pans come together. I do not believe this is a full floor replacement but maybe a patch job. Truck runs and drives well. I believe it could be driven across country, but there appears to be a rear main seal leak in the engine and the transmission has leaks. Needs upholstery. Very rare and desireable truck. $25,000 Mark in San Diego, Beach City Broncos. 619 997-9954 or matherton619@gmail.com
