We will have a ride in south GA "Albany" to be exact on Feb the 4th 2017. This is a fun ride that we have been doing for several years, just a one day deal, that is 1/2 day at sand dunes and 1/2 day trails on the river. This is a no charge or fee to enter and a ride at your own risk as I do not own or have any rights to the land we ride on. With that being said I and others have ridden and used these trails all my life. We will usually eat out Friday night for all that get in town early I will post time and place closer to time. There are motels on the west side of town and that is the best side of town to stay. The Moultrie swap meet is on Feb. 3rd -5th for those that would like something else to do Friday or Sunday about 40 min south of Albany and is a lot of fun.

Awesome. You're not charging a fee to ride on someone else's property? How kind of you! ;D

We'll see you all there too!

Any chance one of you that are staying at the hotel, and trailering your Bronco to the sand would let me throw a half cab in the back of your truck? Kallen wants to buy my half cab, but I'll be driving the bronco from the hotel to the sand so I won't have a way to carry it. Trying to save from him having to get up with me early in the morning or late in the days since he is driving in just to pick up the top.

Parker, you know the kids want to skip soccer so they can go wheeling!

Gonna try to make it this year. Teal, saw your post about radius arms on the other thread and might be able to help you out if you haven't got a set yet. Same question as the others, what hotel is everyone staying at? I'll trailer up Friday if I can make it work.

Most stay at Holiday Inn, but we stayed at Fairfield because since my wife's gets a good deal there. They pretty much next to each other though.

Thirdtime,
I got some arms. Thanks for asking.

Tyler....which Bronco you taking??? You should have about 4 now.
Im going to do my best to make this. I am really close to have all my stuff to do my Serp swap but will wait on it till after the trip. Don't want to get in the middle of it and find out I can't complete it. Think Im going to rent a Uhaul dolly to pull mine...I know it can make the trip there but I haven't really "tested" the Bronco since I bought it and it might not make the trip back.....Going to do a good "look over" this weekend.
BTW I MIGHT try to come up the day before. If not what time do yall get out in it on Saturday??

I'm gonna bring the orange Bronco, and we are going to get up there Friday evening. Probably kind of late unfortunately. You should try to get up there early enough to have Friday night dinner with the others if you can. If you can only stay one night then try to stay Saturday night. Hint...good Mexi food with good people!

I don't suggest you use a dolly. Rent their car hauler instead. They are really nice! Either way the tire straps will be too short for your 35's so be sure to have extra straps. I'd just tell U-haul you are going to haul a Ford Escort or something small or they may not rent to you. Bbow, you had a U'haul hauler last year...any words of wisdom.

I'll let Brian confirm, but I thought we met at the dunes about 8.

You are smart to hold off on the serp setup...I know how that would go for me. :( Oh, somebody stopped me today and wants to buy my orange Bronco. It's all for sale....but in the back of mind I'm thinking if I sell it I have nothing to bring to SOWEGA! Kerri says no way hers is going! I don't blame her.

Going buy the Uhaul place in town next week to take a look at the trailers. Quick question. Are you able to move the Bronco further back on the trailer to lighten the tounge weight? Reason I ask is that I have a lowered truck I'll be using and probably going to have to distribute the weight a little...

Im up in the air to stay two nights...does most people stay over Sat night?? Is the trail ride at night or do yall come back to the hill at dusk??? It was mentioned that most stay at the Holiday Inn...I cant seem to find one on google maps...

Well, I am not ready like Bax. I just tore the rear end apart today. It started roaring so time for some repairs and upgrades.
