Yes, it was and still is. Now at the assembly stage there is a lot of guesswork and searches for pictures. And also I'm in Canada, so you can triple shipping cost for everything I buy in US. It costs more to ship, Canadian Government takes their 13% cut, and post office charges brokerage fee.:mad:

Not sure what the slots are for. But the hole over the slot on right side is for the cold air port mounting bracket.

That's the air cleaner support. Goes from the air cleaner to the exhaust manifold stud.
