I'm looking for any advice, pointers, recommendations on how to proceed with putting my new sheet metal in. I am replacing the inner fender aprons, wheel wells, core support, hood, grill, fenders, etc. Measuring core angle from vertical, inner fender apron slope from horizontal, etc.
Please chime in, I need your tips.

Probably should also put your doors on and mount the fenders and grille use them to help get the inner stiff all aligned then put a few self tappers in from in the engine bay, then take the fenders and grille off and weld er up

What Turbo said. Should mock up the parts to make sure everything fits well. Don't want any surprises after it is fully welded. Ken

Made some progress thx to Brad in EH. Was able to take measurements off of his tub, then go to mine and shorten the inner aprons. Once mocked up, the hood would not fit, the body as a whole was shifted towards passengers side 3/4"+. So, used two shims on driver side hood hinge, then moved while body towards drivers side by disconnecting clocks attached to body support mounts. It's now within a 1/4" on either side of hood.

That looks pretty good especially when using all that aftermarket crap. It takes quite a bit of fudging to get it that good. Nice work. Ken

Ken, you make me feel real good. This has been a serious headache, and not that easy to modify. I'm definitely learning as I'm going, but the school of hard knocks is definitely easier when this Bronco community helps out with advice.
