I know this is a long shot but I have 4 turbine style wheels, they are all 15" diameter and 10" wide. I have seen them called hurricane wheels, cyclone wheels, turbine wheels but they have a cast aluminum surface, not polished up, not shiny at all. I used them for 10 years about 20 years ago so most everyone else calls them old school. They fit a 10" tire width inside bead to inside but measure 10 7/8" outside to outside. They are 5 x 5.5 pattern, they have 10 fins on them and have a backspace of 3 3/4" (as measured from a straight edge on back of wheel to inside bolt face. One fin is centered on the bolt hole and then another straddling the bolt holes.
I noticed one of them looks a little cracked and fatigued at the bolt holes like maybe PO ran them on loose lug nuts and maybe wallered out the holes a little. I thought about machining an insert but instead am just looking to see if perhaps someone out there might have one. I have three good ones and would be up to buy 1-3 more to complete my set and get me a matching spare. You can PM me if maybe you have one and we can trade pics/text
