• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

I have an uncut 1966 U13 Roadster I have had for the last 20 years, and I just don't have the time or skill to do it justice. I want to sell it to make room in my garage for other projects, and I would like to get what the market will allow, and wanted to offer it to the Early Bronco community first. It is in un-restored condition, but has had the brakes repaired (brake lines, master and wheel cylinders, etc.), motor replaced (sadly with the wrong Autolite carburetor, no spark valve), electrical harness replaced, fuel tank replaced. I covered the passenger seat, and have the foam and cover for the driver's seat. Included is a rebuilt transmission and transfer case I bought from Tom's (not installed). I have the original air cleaner and back seat and a few other doodads. I also have an old Ford 9" rear end I would be pleased to include. Feel free to email me at gilbertine310@gmail.com if there are any questions. I'll post pictures as soon as I figure out how to do it, there are a couple in my garage on this site. I reserve the right to put this vehicle on eBay if there is no interest here. As with anything, the price is negotiable.

Thanks for your interest! 170 CI six, I don't know when build, but I can post an image of the VIN plate.

That's it! I paid the $12.00 to be able to directly post more images, I'll get a grip on how to do that and add some more.

Thanks! I'm glad to be here! I hope to get a more road worthy Early Bronco with a V8 and half cab, and remain in the community. I just don't have the time or skill to restore this one. I also worry about getting in a wreck and killing one of the last remaining U13's on earth!

In order to know when it was built we need at least two more numbers of the vin. If it's an early one it will read 732???

the VIN is U13FL754847, a friend advised against posting the entire number, but that's probably being a tad paranoid. I have a clear South Carolina title.

September build, does it still have the "eyebrow grill" up front? Awesome that you still have the rear seat too.

I'm not sure about the eyebrow grille, but here is a front shot from a few years ago. I can take a more detailed image when I get home this evening.

Great truck. I'm sure it'll sell quick. I don't see a hood loop and have the wipers been converted to electric?

The wipers are electric, I didn't know it was a conversion. I still have the vacuum wipers in another car, and they are really weak!
