Hi there,
I just bought a 73 Explorer and am not sure if it is stock height or not. Is there an easy way to ID what size lift if at all is on it. I want to eventually go LUBR and am trying to figure out what size lift I need to run 33's. It is currently cut. Thanks so much.

Measure from the top of the front axle tube to the bottom of the frame directly above it.
Anything more than 7 inches is your front lift.

Measure from the top of the rear axle tube to the bottom of the frame directly above it.
Anything over 6 inches is your rear lift.

These are not precision measurements, they can vary as much as a half inch either way.
