Woodward Dream Cruise 2017

Just got home from a fun day down on Woodward Ave. I saw 6 or 7 Early Broncos & probably a dozen Big Broncos. only got a couple Bronco pics. I decided not to drag around my normal camera so i just took a bunch of stills with a GoPro so some pics have that fish eye lens look to them. If you've never been but get the chance to come I highly recommend coming at least once to this AWESOME show.

Great shots, but the name made me "Cringe"... haha working late Frid night, half day Sat getting a Sprint COW up and working to boost coverage for that event.. SUX getting half the weekend ruined.. and working today to catch up on other things (COW-Cell on Wheels)

It's hard to explain exactly how big this show is to people that have never been but we walked around 12 miles(by my buddies pedometer) and we didn't see a 1/4 of the cars.

I only took about a 100 pics in 15 minutes & could have taken 1000's if I snapped all day. Like shooting fish in a barrel!

Yeah I was hoping to see you also. We ended up going north first to 15 mile then south to 10 mile & back to 12 1/2. Never got to 9 mile or Pontiac this year.

The day started out threatening rain but I never saw any. Spent the day on old Woodward in downtown Birmingham with the Mach 1. Just a perfect day. Couldn't have been nicer!

Sanndmann - Birmingham was nice this year with all the AMX/Javlins & Avanti's to check out. Stopped & chatted with Ken Lingenfelter at his display for a while in fact I could have hung out in B-Ham all day!

Missed you too Jack! it was a great time - I got some dinner with friends about 7 & afterwards a friend tossed me the keys to his 67 Catalina 2+2(421 tri-power 4 speed)and said take it for a spin & let me know how it runs. My son(he got to drive it too) & I took it for a quick run & I'm still smiling from the feel of the secondary's from the tri-power kicking in! ;D
I told him it runs good but needs a little tuning - then I offered to help with that sometime soon - looking forward to that.
