Out of line? I've seen some in 1/2 as good of the shape as yours is in for that much!

Start HIGH! you can always go lower :)

I really like what you've done with it, too bad you are selling.

I'm really glad you said that. I had a really bad experience with them and I wanted to ask this site about them, but was afraid you guys were really close. I would never recommend them to anyone. What is the chief complaint?
