What a fantastic job. Everything looks well thought out. I like all the little touches and what a great color. Thanks for taking the time to post up all the great pics.

So this kinda gets me to the place where I am almost done
Threw the old bumper on so I could drive it and was finally able to pull it out of the shop and wash some of the grime off. Had just pulled it around in the yard and I already had figured out I was changing the j shift to twin stick. Got it from wildhorses These pics show interior in, some with the old tires another with the new shoes and with and without inserts in the doors. Also with the new Duff Tuff Bumpers I have a couple of things left to do like the electric steps from BC Broncos but I get to drive her around now. Another thing is I have bought from every major Bronco supplier and every one of them were great to work with. If they didn't have what I needed they sent me to a competitor.
...Time to start the next one%)

I forgot about my exhaust. My buddy at the muffler shop installed this for me. I had talked about wanting to drop the pan on the trans after I get about 500 miles on it and he made me this custom setup with header flanges so I can remove the front pipes including the X pipe without having to drop the whole exhaust. makes working on things way easier. He also tucked the magnaflows up nice and tight!!

Nice

Really nice work. I just got mine on the road for the 4th of July. Frame off also. Need exhaust still, just have short pipes with o2 bungs so I could test run. Like your set up, was wondering what made you decide to go with x pipe and how you like it?

X pipe allows me to get a little more low to midrange power with the cam that's in here. I only have 400 miles on motor so I am still in the break in process, so as soon as I can stomp on it a little bit I will know a little more.

Great job!! I've been trying to find a light bar that will fit and it looks like the 06 Chevy is the winner! Thanks

Just got back from vacation and my Digital Dash was back from repair so I hurried up and put it back in so I could go for a ride. I realized I never posted about the March Performance Twin Serpentine belt install.
I really like this Kit. It solved all of my charging/squealing belt problems.
Now a couple of things about it.
The new pulleys are going to require that you get a new spacer if you are using a fixed/flex fan. I don't know about fan clutch models as I don't have that.
I had to use an 1 1/2" spacer to keep my fan about 3/4"away from my radiator. It looks closer in the pics. Any shorter and my fan would hit the power steering pump pulley because the new pulley sits farther forward. It has a shoulder on the back that spaces it.
Also they include the domed pulley covers but you cant use the crank pulley or the power steering pulley ones because of clearance of the fan in this particular configuration that I am using.
The alt pulley comes with a fan for the pulley but if you are using a large internal fan pulley you just don't install the pulley on it before installing it.
All bolts and spacers are included with the kit and are clearly marked.
