• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Certain parts have been stripped and there's no guarantee it will turn over. Plus, for $13,500...it should be a complete rolling and driving project. That's just my opinion.

I spoke with Elmer. He has a lot going on right now in his personal life. I suggest that if you are interested seriously - let me know. I can help field inquiries. I do have some pics I will post shortly.

And I get it guys ! - sometimes we hate prices folks ask. I have another friend who has a big project (one with lots of new parts invested), but it looks like hell and has alot of work left - he's asking high in case he gets chopped down. Different ways of selling for all. If you aren't a buyer and just upset with price, lets find someone else to pick on right now or some work you can do on your own Bronco or REvell kit - something constructive.

All I have now. Can get more. Let me know concerns and Ideas. Heck, shoot me an offer and I'll get it to him. Just trying to help out a Bronco brother I've known for a long time.

I'll say this, look around the nation and see what Broncos are coming in at $11K. Better yet, I'll save you the search..."diamonds in the rough", crappy paint jobs, electrical hack jobs, and rust in the usual spots (read: boat load). Now, considering this is uncut, original Ford steel, and no hidden rust....it's a far better place to start with mechanicals unknown than rust unknown. Not to mention, to the right guy who can't find a project that hasn't been messed with, this is a great start to a frame off and build it as you wish. I love it! Hope it makes it to someone willing to give it some necessary attention.

I think it's the original description you're expecting something much different than the pictures I myself was pretty shocked in what it appeared to be versus what was originally described. Still for an unscrewed with car not a bad place to start.

And...it's special paint rig, 6 digit DSO. Kind of fun.

Well, next week I'll have almost 4500 to spend on a project to start out on. Can you direct me to a good 3500-4000 rig I can buy these days?

Unfortunately this is what our trucks are going for now. I think this is a fair price for a pretty straight body. Original paint (meaning not all filler), door posts, cowl, etc. in good condition. I'd take this over a shiny turd with no history any day.
