Putting new trim back on and wondered if anyone has done this? Or which method is best for the material?

Thanks!

I know a lot of members have refurb'ed their trim over the years, but I don't remember exactly what they did to accomplish it.
Hopefully they'll see your question and give the full rundown. Some went through a lot of work, but I bet some have been powdercoated.
I wonder if heat is an issue though, with this thin straight material? Warping an issue at 350° perhaps?

Someone'll know.

Powdercoated all the window trim/ grill on my 73 F250 including the drip rail which is pretty darn thin. Reinstalled no problem.
