I thought the 760's were for a full-size Bronco, or one with upgraded axle shafts.
Have you installed heavy-duty shafts in yours? Or is it still stock original?

If not you should have the 260/270's I believe.
Don't have my book in front of me, but that's what I remember.

260x stock replacement. 760x upgraded axle shafts/full size axles. I’m running f150 disk brake outers & cut down f150 shafts with the bigger 760 ujoint in mine

Spicer Life series - forged and non-greasable as they seem to last forever.

Thanks guys ... this was my first attempt at replaceing one . I ordered a Spicer but cracked one of the caps pressing it in. So I just picked up a replacement what my Napa had. I got that one in. I thought about replacing the other side, it’s probably original. It looks to be in good shape. The next time I service my wheel bearings I will do it then.
44 years is a hell of a run on that part.
Kyle ...the Spicer Life is that the Spicer 5- 260x ? Or is it a different one.
