Being on the hunt for a Budget Bronco, let's see what your Bronco looked like when you bought it vs now.

After searching everywhere for one, I am going to have to settle on something that probably doesn't run or looks like a turd, so I want to see where everyone else started with.

So the blueish gray primer one was my 67 when I got it back in 2005.
The red primer one is the 73 I built for my wife. They came a long way!
I have others but these were the most dramatic transformations!

Hi, I didn't buy mine, I got it for free. No seats, back glass roll bar or fishing pole holders. Parked at the same beach. Good luck

Green is 73 I bought in 2004, the other one that ended up white is a 68 body on a 75 frame.

Well I don't have many photos of the gnarly interior (cracked dash, moldy rubber floor pad, exposed rusty springs in the seats) from 15 years ago when I started the restoration but here are a couple early photos and a few recent glamour shots:

Love this thread!

I know it doesnt look like much of an improvement but i had to remove 1000 lbs of stick on chrome and decals and shag carpet. Then the engine crapped out so i had to fix some cowel rust while i was changing the engine and i decided to replace the 3 speed with a 5 speed and i put a soft top on and a cage. A bunch of other little things too

Bought this one in 2011 and the second pic is this past April at supercel but I have another that is still torn apart that I have had since 1998!!!!

When I bought it we pushed it on the trailer with a backhoe and it had no front seats. Have not really changed the outside that much...

Over the years it now runs, shifts and drives. Traded the hard doors for soft doors and inserts, but have never mounted them. Installed Mustang seats and 5 pt harness. Made new bumpers, roll cage, rock sliders, added fenderwell tool boxes. Replaced the leaking pan (had a inside out dent), custom made axle skid plates. Led headlights, LED driving lights in the front park light position. Added LED park and side lights. Lexan W/S out, w/s wiper delete for driving lights. Buffed it back to RED. Fix a bunch of PO induced issues.

Bla bla bla...https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1023069-new-71-a.html

Hey I love the look of your Bronco! What size tires are you running? Any suspension or body lift?
