Looked at the BC top. I have to say I'm not a fan. What are your other favorites?

I have a Bestop and like it a lot, but have no experience with any others, so I can't say the Bestop is definitely the right one. It goes up and down pretty easily, isn't ridiculously loud (no soft top will be quiet) and I like the look.

The main bow does stick up pretty high, which might be nice for holding a load of snow up higher, and I do like the look, but the Bronco doesn't fit in my garage with the bow up (it did with the hardtop). Not a big problem for me, I park outside when the top is up.

I tore mine on a tree trunk this summer and looked into getting a replacement. Everything seems to have pretty heavily tinted windows (which I really don't want) so I'm sticking with the old Bestop for now, with some tape over the tear.

I've had it for about 13 years, and other than the one bit of trail damage (not the top's fault) it still looks and works good.

I have been running a BC top for close to 4 years now and love it! It has been one of my best upgrades. The craftsmanship is second to none. It’s so easy to take the sides off and the safari style top that’s left is perfect to shade the interior. I am planning on getting another color of skins made so I have options on colors. I also plan to add a roof rack for gear. No other top has those features.

Well.....

Canback made the first BC style canvas top for an eb. They probably still do in fact. But Chuck made a few changes that makes his a little better.
So they are not the only canvas style of top but BC's is probably better.....haven't seen the Canback top in a very long time. Back on TrucksTV when Stacey was doing it.

I've always been a bestop fan because their stuff is just good and customer service is great. I did just order the rampage though for two reasons
1 it's not as tall as the bestop which has the Conestoga wagon look.
2. It folds down tighter and cleaner than the bestop.
We'll see if the quality of the rampage is on par with bestop after a few years. I did poll a lot of rampage owners and all are happy with them.

This is the best safari hardtop I've seen. I hope Warthog doesn't mind me posting it.
The top and rear braces disassemble for compact storage.
Very nice car!

I have a canback on mine. I like Chucks top, just the fact that you can buy, one makes it hands-down winner. But in my opinion, the canback has better stitching and frame. Plus, you can roll back the top over the cab if you want the sun beating down on you.

Yea....I remember there were some interesting differences between Chucks and Canback.
