I'm sure there will be suggestions, but in the end it's an individual vehicle thing.
Looks to me though, like you're going to have to rotate some tubing. First to get the muffler farther away from the frame rail so it does not hit when driving, and then the tailpipe section to move the straight-back section away from both sides of the strap.
You can cut the J-bolt shorter, which will give you some leeway if you end up with the tube in that area, but really it's just going to take more fiddling with the tubing.
And more insulated support hangers in a couple of spots to keep things in check.
