TX Looking for first early bronco

Been thinking about an early bronco for a long time, finally think I am ready to get serious (and spend money).

Wants

V8
Manual transmission
Hard top (not half cab)
Running and driving - can be a project but want to be able to drive it while I work on it.

My current budget is $12k, which I know in Broncoland is a stretch.

I am in Houston, TX and am willing to drive a bit, but somewhere closer is preferred.
