I have the same one in my 73 Stroppe Baja & I found it in an old "Gravel Grabbers" catalog. Not sure who made it but it looks like it was originally $38.95 & then upped to $44.95 at some point. Nice find!

Looks just like the one in my '70, only different color. Looks like a big ammo can. Mine did come with the original owner's manual though.

Mine had some old camping park tickets from CA camping grounds. I need to dig them out and see what year they are.

I agree with Stnepny, Looks like a ConFerr. Rad piece. I had a Blazer one (wider) in the 49th Bronco I owned for a short time.

Does look like a Con-Fer. I've seen some with matching backs so they could be used as seats. Not just as a padded armrest then.
There was another company too that made similar units, called Runck that made consoles/seats for Broncos and Jeeps and others.
