Super Celebration - TN

I've been wanting to attend this event for quite a few years. I now live in NE TN, and coming down for the event finally seems to line up!

My question is, do they permit camping anywhere near by or on the grounds? My car hauler is enclosed and I generally just camp out of and sleep it in on trips to windrock and Harlan.

Let me know and can't wait to see everyone!

Hey, I’m in Johnson City as well. What part of town are u in? There is a KOA campground and a few other campgrounds near by the event. Better call and see if there are any spots left. Glad your headed down this year. Great event. Holla at me sometime.

The trailer parking is in a grass lot just next to the main field, only separated by a row of evergreens that people walk through all day long. I've known others to do exactly what you are saying and stay in their campers/trailers.

Can a truck stay with the trailer in the trailer parking area? Planning on leaving it there for the weekend, last year I parked the truck and trailer at Tremont, but where we're staying this year is definitely not conducive to a truck and trailer combo.

You and I skipped last year ! so you are driving over !

Don't look like it.. I am seriously considering saving to go to Sand Hollow Utah in Oct for Trail Hero.. 18hrs..

Gordon is main sponsor for that

Edit

I was thinking of taking a gas grill and doing a little cooking. Is that allowed? Is it a good idea? I get hungry when I drink beer

Yes its fine. No real rules other than no vehicle movment after 10 on the show field and be courteous. The trailer field should be open all evening
