New breed of bird in my backyard???

Now I know nothing about birds... But a huge family of sparrow-type brown birds have been living in my pine trees for the last 15 years. So no big deal. There have also been some Cardinals hanging around the last few years too...

HMMM...can it be??? A SparCard???

Yup...looks like you pegged that bird! I've got a bunch of them now. Seems like all the males hang out together.
