West Coast Broncos press release

June 12, 2007
For Immediate Release

WEST COAST BRONCOS GEARS UP

So Cal Broncos founder Dusty Sharp has joined West Coast Broncos as a partner to original owner John Blaser. For over 17 years, Blaser has built West Coast Broncos into a solid entity in the Bronco community, with literally thousands of project Broncos through its doors and dozens of product innovations to its credit. Well known on the West Coast and nationwide throughout the Bronco enthusiast community, Sharp is the founder of So Cal Broncos, which is among the most active regional Bronco enthusiast groups in the country. He also organizes one of the largest annual Bronco gatherings on the West Coast, the Big Bear Bronco Bash, which recently completed its sixth installment with about 120 Broncos in attendance.

"We're excited about the opportunity to expand WCB's exposure nationwide," Blaser said, "Dusty's professional experience in marketing and promotion will help us to build on the solid foundation that we already have in place." Sharp resigned from a high level marketing position at a large recreational vehicle manufacturer to devote his undivided attention to West Coast Broncos. "It was the opportunity of a lifetime," Sharp comments, "to combine my professional career with the sport and hobby that I love." In addition to an aggressive marketing campaign, Blaser and Sharp are planning on greatly expanding WCB's product line. According to Sharp, "We have several great innovations in the works which will both complement our existing product line as well as take us into new areas of the Bronco performance parts industry, including expanded product lines for Early Broncos as well as 78/79 and 80-96 Broncos." Both through internal R&D and strategic partnerships with other manufacturers and suppliers, West Coast Broncos will rapidly expand into a full line Bronco performance parts source. "Our product line will continue to trend toward the off-road performance and motorsports aspects of the sport," Blaser notes. "Our shop is located literally just minutes from world class rockcrawling at the Hammers as well as the high speed racing areas of the Mojave Desert and the famous Big Bear area trail system. There’s no better place to design, build and test products for both high performance and high abuse."
